It does seem that the seminar is where you get a feel for the students as people. I think it would be a great idea to set up study group times. Kind of like a seminar situation but with just the students. That way we could talk about the assignment or pretty much anything we want. Maybe there already is such a thing and I am unaware of it. I know that some people use AIM but it is really hit or miss to talk to more than one person. Thank you for your great instruction.
